I’m looking for one lately,

you know they exist

perhaps not in your world,

or your definitive text.

We have books

carried around with passion

they define a certain entity.

One, we all seem to depend,

upon guided faith,

even you who ascertains

there is no specific face.

But I’m not here about argument,

more about love and kindness,

knowing we all have our moments

where there might be a greater need

than ourselves.

Now a person can suggest

our struggle merits

exploration with advice.

Yet, I think that is the conundrum,

the coup de grace if you will

that interferes

with my God moments.

I don’t need your explanation,

I only desire His intervention.

Her, The, Gotama, Isis, Sa…

whomever you believe is

leadership material

for your desire

to accentuate your pattern of life;

purpose, perception, possibility

is a wonderful ideal,

don’t ya think?

God moments

those that ask us to slow

the machine

to recalibrate the options

in our lives

that suggest we have an inherent

need for – freedom.

Oh my, that word contains

so many immediate constructs.

Deliver me from spiritual

absence that I have wandered so far

to imagine I can control my own life.

When then the shadows become my reality.
