Silence

We all do this to ourselves,

yet rarely, do we reveal.

So deep inside our mind,

we seldom find any peace.

For me, a quiet isolation.

Though, interactions suggest

a peaceful gambit, a quick

review of that silent island

could expose a harsh wind.

For now, I’ll just carry on.
