Solace (practice)

That’s when you and I can look each other in the eye,

and I’m talking about society, not just me.

We all live out our lives together, and we’re all as

susceptible to change as anyone on the planet.

Sometimes, I do want to shout my thoughts from 

the rooftop so at least the neighborhood knows.

I’d probably sleep better at night.
