Dancing Alone

I would always wish,

for hours in the pale moon,

searching the sky for truth,

and then falling back inside.

Those tears teased my eyes,

made me wonder how to let go,

that resilience I shan’t avoid.

I prayed to Him, I just want to cry,

could that perhaps let me less deny.

Time would travel and I would search,

finding some solution to my sorrow.

A little smile eased my expression.

I realized then I was listening when

the music would play on in absence.

When I hung the picture on the wall,

a new energy danced into the room.

Please I would love you to share words, suggestions …
