When once we asked about ourselves,

we’re told that no one really knows.

We want to fully understand,

the scope of our personal fear.

Life does ride alongside our pain,

only wishing we might find strength.

Knowing the care is absent may

offer mixed signals, quiet confusion.

It’s when we let our lives evolve,

in the spell of truth and integrity.

Once when watching the sunrise,

I realized I could be comfortably alone.

The natural state of our lives  

allows allowance, a silent reprieve.
