Always there is an urgency,

to define ourselves,

indicate some confidence.

Life has been spent in reminders

always replaying the script,

wondering why sometimes,

and other occasions knowing

clearly how far we’ve come.

We find a way always though,

letting ourselves be the critic,

words make or break the show.
