Daily Grind

frustration

For some, sunlight does not then indicate

The process to begin, the starting gate.

In our simple world we negotiate

A lifestyle to which we hope to relate,

Patterned love while worlds around tolerate

Those whose mindset cannot alleviate

Distant fears we mustn’t now abdicate.

If now we preach only peace to relate

Yet, there is constant need to keep in mind

Morals, values that exist for mankind,

How often the alternate path we find

Debates the society; whose wheels wind

Quiet hearts and souls daily undermined

By vicious demands, that incessant grind.
